This range is an ever-changing collection of unique perspectives on distilleries own bottlings, non-chill-filtered single cask and small batch expressions bottled at cask strength exceptional one-offs.

Cured meat aromas are balanced by ripe green apples and cocoa powder. Fruitcake notes develop with hazelnuts and autumnal spice.

Stewed fruit and honeycomb give way to rich cinnamon. Cracked black pepper comes to the fore alongside malted biscuit and sweet smoke. A full finish with dark chocolate, toasted oak and bonfire embers.
