Indian Summer Gin is matured in ex vintage whisky casks which previously held classic single malts. Bottled at cask strength leaves an optimum taste profile.

Tasting Note: Zesty lemon peel initially on the palate, and almonds in after taste. When enjoyed with water, creaminess develops, with more vanilla, white chocolate and nougat.

Nose: Fresh, vanilla and caramel from the cask, floral, with hints of pine and meadow.

Serve: On its own or with a touch of water to appreciate the breadth of flavours, or mixed in a whisky or gin cocktail.
