Aged for a minimum of four years in Koval’s federally bonded warehouse, bottled at precisely 100 proof. Ideal for those who like plenty of spice, and a single, unmalted grain expression. Not shying away from a complex flavour profile, grain-forward spiciness nuanced by cinnamon and ginger gives a nice kick to the entire drinking experience.

Amber colour. Aromas and flavours of brandied cherries encased in milk chocolate, cinnamon and sugar on toasted and buttered rye bread, currants, and black licorice. A silky, dry, full body and an appealing, medium-long finish with notes of marble rye with hot butter, mesquite, apple, sage, cherry and raspberry.
