Though it cannot be officially labeled as tequila due to being produced outside the designated region, it mirrors the traditional craftsmanship of high-quality tequila. The agave is harvested at peak maturity and double-distilled in a copper and steel alembic still, resulting in a spirit that emphasizes purity and authentic agave character.
