A 1997 Glenrothes single malt from indie bottler Signatory Vintage, matured in a single cask for 24 years, before being bottled in 2021.

Aroma Slightly flowery at the opening with lots of malt, then fruity-sweet aromas of juicy raisins, dates and figs develop with subtle spicy notes in the background

Flavour Malty notes again, paired with freshly baked buttered bread – sweetening behind with vanilla and dark chocolate

Finish Long and full on the finish with distinctly spicy oak and ground pepper – butterscotch and ripe berries above all.
