• Base distillate made from 100% wheat
• Featured botanicals include juniper, cassia and Ceylon cinnamon, angelica root, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, green cardamom, nutmeg, and licorice
• Botanicals are first macerated in the base distillate before a slow, one-shot distillation in a copper pot still
• The gin rests before it is proofed with soft, Galician water
• A nose of orange blossom and licorice introduces a bright palate of juniper and subtle baking spice with a creamy finish
