Xiju is one of the most famous alcoholic drinks in China. Vodka“Xijiu” Jiaocang 1988 ismade from pure drinking water and alcohol obtained from sorghum and wheat. The long-term production process of vodka, in which the aging of the distillates lasts at least 5 years, contributes to the acquisition of the drink with a thick, characteristic aroma and soft elegant taste.
